Walter Tinney from the King of Prussia Macy's was by far the best mattress sales associate whom I have interacted with. He was knowledgeable and patient. In addition, he followed up with my questions in a timely manner. With 100 choices to choose from, he made the experience go smoothly. Rather than trying to sell me the most expensive mattress on the floor, I felt that he gave great advice for pros and cons of each product that I inquired about. Thank you!

They had a special during the season time, so we made the purchase. There was nothing extraordinary, but there was nothing bad. They delivered the mattress.

Tempur-Pedic mattress is the best mattress made as far as I am concerned. I actually went shopping for it in a couple of different places, but Macy's happened to have a special at the time. I got free delivery and free takeaway of my old mattress, which is why I used them. They also had a financing plan that was a good one for me at that time. The pricing for Tempur-Pedic, at least, is pretty controlled. Their pricing wasn't any different, but is the other things that made me choose them because everybody's pricing was pretty much the same.

Walter is very knowledgeable on his products and just a great salesmen. He always informs you of upcoming sales and he doesn't try to upsell you.
