This was work that had to be done prior to settlement on the property. Rick (owner) and Ivan were great as they inspected and scheduled the work within this time restraint. The work was excellent and they were very professional and knowledgeable about the best way to do the work. There was some areas that they had to come back to finish and they did this without any reminders. The areas where work was done was left in pristine condition.

Rick was responsive from the get-go. He had come highly recommended by friends. He was professional and his team clearly knew what they were doing. They were interested in retaining features of our old home, including saving a large bay window whose replacement would have cost an additional $1000. Both his own carpenters, installers, etc and his subcontractors (plumber, electrician, flooring, counter fabricators) were top notch. WE have a punch list remaining, but I am convinced they will complete things in a timely fashion.

Rick and his team are the best. They love their jobs, and they respect your love for your home. Rick is as honest and trustworthy as they come. He is responsive to the inevitable issues that crop up during major renovations. His staff are true professionals and craftsmen.

Rick was great! I was redoing my kitchen, tearing everything out, ripping down a wall, and installing doors/windows, etc. I was on a budget and needed to do lots of the work myself. He was very flexible and easy to talk to/work with. He would always respond quickly and they were able to get the work done quickly too. The people working for him were all friendly and did great work. I would definitely hire them again.

They are amazing. They stuck exactly to their quote. They clean up after themselves. They are always polite and on time. They are just fabulous. The workers are always really nice and courteous. They respect the fact that I have small kids.

We waited until a sunny day when we thought the squirrel would be out but he hadn't actually left so the animal was stuck in the house. They undid the repairs so the squirrel would leave and I called them on a day that I couldn't hear the scratching noises so they came back out and repaired the areas again.
