They get you scheduled very efficeiently. They come in a marked truck. They are competitive with reasonable pricing, and courteous. They let you know if they are going to be late, and if they say they are coming, they come. They very professional appearing.

they told me the leak  was small and that i could get 4 weeks of air , until my surgery and move   and I was ok with that, then after they put in the freon and tested a 2nd time , the leak was bigger than thought/first seen.    my house was 10 degrees cooler until they drove off in their truck with my check. Now I know why they wouldnt take a credit cards!!!        ugh.

"Unfortunately you didnt have money for new window ac unit Its not our fault you and your landlord cant come up with 500 dollars for a new one. Buy a new unit and we will install it for free. The 135 you paid for refrigerant and labor is next to nothing and was all we could do to help you in your situation Id like to note we responded to call and were at property within 1 hour.We went above and beyond"

They showed up ahead of schedule. It was a really tough install. They were in by 7:30am and out by 4pm. They cleaned up really well. We were very happy. We hadn't used them before but we will be using them again.

They did an excellent job.  My house has cement on the floor.  They had to drill down, go down the basement and put the stack pipe.  It took about three or four days.  I don’t think that their price was too low.  They were very responsive and very professional.
