Everything was excellent. It took some time, but from beginning to end they did a great job. I worked with a contractor that Lowe's subcontracted and they did a excellent job. Lowe's lined up everything with the subcontractors for us.

As far as the installation and professionalism of everyone start to finish, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Call me stupid, but I don't believe the guy who set everything up for me gets a commission and he was extremely helpful and never got annoyed with my countless questions and concerns. The guys who installed the cabinets did a great job as well. Everything looks fantastic! My only concern is the price. I feel like I paid a bit much, but I knew I was getting a reliable company with a name like Lowe's, so I didn't necessarily mind paying the extra buck. Highly recommended.

Lowe's has everything I want so far, no matter what. From door hardware to shelving to a really nice grocery cart. I have been there three days in a row!

The installers were very professional, courteous and clean. It was a man and woman team and they worked well together. They were very conscientious and really seemed to take pride in their work. Arturo was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. The basement looks great and clean up was wonderful.

The delivery and installation as well as the removal of my old washer and dryer went very smoothly. It took less than 45 minutes to get this done. The delivery guys (I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were also professional, polite and knew what they were doing.

From us sitting down with the salesman and to the installation, it was about a month, which I thought was fast. The sub-contractors were great. It was pretty much a no-hassle installation. There was a small problem with the installation and they came out same day to fix it.

They had good service and price and prompt delivery. The whole experience was good. The price included an extended warranty.

We were told that the subcontractors were "scratching for work". They started a week ago, and then never came back. They only came in the middle of the day and left later, usually only working 2 hours a day. Two days ago we had a sales lady come out who let us know that a week from now would be "our week" when the job would get done. We then called Lowes today and they do not know when the subs will be coming back out. I asked the sales lady if she thought that bizarre and she said "Oh didn't they tell you about the 6 week clause?" - which they did not. It looks like nothing has been done. We have already paid the $3700. The estimate was originally $1500, but because we did not have square dimensions, the price went up $1200. We trusted the salesman so we went with him. We just want our kitchen done and we do not know what to do. We are in a state of limbo and do not know what is going to happen! Let the Buyer Beware! It was finally finished five months after we started. They were abrasive to my wife and demanded that she sign a completion form while a large amount of boxing debris was still in my driveway, but they had agreed to remove it in the contract.

I went to Lowes in the morning around 9:15 AM. The salesperson showed me the various water heaters and I picked out a Whirlpool 30 gallon. I asked if it could be installed the same day and as long as I was there before noon he said it could be installed. He told me the installers would call me in 1 to 1.5 hours. I got the paperwork and left Lowes around 9:45 AM. The installers called around 10:30 AM and told me they would be there to install the water heater between 11:30 AM and 1 PM. They showed up around 11:30 AM. It took around 1.25 hours to do the work. There was a connector for the PVC drainage pipes for my central A/C that they had to get from Lowes. They left for about 15 minutes to get it and fixed it in a minute.

Their every day prices are incredible. The zone manager, Dave, is always extremely helpful.

The start of the process was not too bad. The initial visit for measuring was punctual and efficient. Our visit for selection and pricing was a hassle as we first dealt with uninformed clerks in the carpet department and then with a major mistake by a cashier which took nearly an hour for the office to clear up. When the carpet came in early we were pressured to take a sooner date than we had asked for and then on the scheduled day received a call at 7AM canceling with an excuse about failed equipment to load the roll of carpet. When install was actually attempted a day later the wrong padding was sent. We paid for good and expensive padding, passing on free cheap padding which was sent anyway and was half installed before WE pointed it out to the men. Days later the job was finally finished. All the while our house was a shambles and our kitchen was inaccessible as thats where we were storing our furniture. The installation firm and Lowe's store were very indifferent to our troubles.

THE WASHING MACHINE WAS A WHIRLPOOL, SUPER CAPACITY PLUS, COMMERCIAL GRADE APPLIANCE. THEY DELIVERED IT AT NO CHARGE, BECAUSE IT WAS OVER $399. THEY EVEN HAULED AWAY THE OLD ONE.

THE SALESMAN WAS A HOOT! HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE VARIOUS PRODUCTS, AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE REFRIGERATOR I CHOSE. HE WAS OF RETIREMENT AGE, AND JUST SEEMED TO ENJOY WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
