Horrible. At first, all locks worked except one. It took several months for the locksmith to return to fix the lock. When he came, he had a story about how he was going to give me a discount due to the length of time. He advised me to challenges the first charge of 460 on my american express and he would only charge me 300. In the end, I got charged for both invoices, and he had some story about an employee who stole money, but why should I pay because his employee did something wrong. This guy not only gave poor service, he is a crook!

I like Jerry very much. I give him a positive rating. He was very professional. I would use him again and recommend him. It was a fair price. I don't think he was the cheapest but he didn't over charge. He was excellent. He came right out and saw me the same day.
