LOCKHARTS CANVAS AWNINGS

They were awesome. They came out, took measurements, I picked out my pattern and color and I gave them half the deposit and they came back 2 weeks later and installed the awning. Whatever I wanted, they did for me. They had to take it back and make an adjustment and everything worked out just fine. I would give them a C for price, I paid $850 for mine and then someone else inquired and they quoted them $750, I wanted to know why I paid $850. I don't know if that was because I asked for longer polling. I had a problem and they worked it out just fine for me. They were on time. They were very professional. Yes, I would use them again. I even recommend them to other people.

It went perfectly, very reasonably priced. Great service, I'm very pleased. I couldn't ask for anything better!

Their sales rep arrived at the appointed time, gave us a quote and estimate date for installation. We did obtain other comparable estimates and decided to use Lockharts. After awarding them the contract, they installed the pipes and awning as scheduled. Lockharts installers were professional, quick and neat. They installed the piping and a few days later installed the awning. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to install a canvas awning.

The salesperson arrived at the appointed time with a book of fabric samples. She took a rough measurement and we discussed the various options involved in fabrication. I picked a color based on her recommendation and gave her a 1/3rd deposit. She told me she would have the installers come out for fine measurements and the installation would take place in the last half of May, when I normally put up the awning, each year. The whole ordering process took about 1/2 hour. All of my questions were answered and no time was wasted.
The office called and set up an appointment to take fine measurements. The installers arrived exactly on time and had all the measurements done in about 15 minutes.
The installers came out, with the finished awning on May 20th. The installation took about 20 minutes. I was impressed by how quickly the installation went and how perfectly the awning fit my frame. Unlike the original awning and the first replacement, by another company, this awning has a lot of reinforcements and additional tie-downs. It's obviously a better quality product.
It's been up for a month and everything is perfect.

The valance is high quality and beautiful. They installed it so much better than our neighbors. They used stronger steel tubes instead of cheap strapping.

They are reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. They work quickly and carefully. They come out for an estimate and measure and show you the fabric selection choices. They have it ready when promised. They are professional and approachable.

I am very pleased with the new awning . I received several estimates from companies in the Philadelphia area including the best known canvas awning provider who did the awnings for Citizens Bank Park.Be aware that there can be a considerable price discrepincy among the companies who provide this service. In contrast to the number of companies who provide aluminum awnings there are fewer providers of canvas awnings in the metropolitan Philadelphia area.I appreciated the expert service I recieved from this company very much.They were accurate as to the date it would be installed ,they gave me a free sample and plenty of fabric choices.It looks like it will be able to stand up to strong winds and snowy conditions .Most of all I appreciate how much the installation of this awning has lowered the temp and reduced the amount of sunlight that used to pore into the front room of the house.

The awnings that they make are always of high quality. The prices are very reasonable and they always come out when they say that they are going to come out.

Lockhart is very consistent. They schedule based on their routing.
