Responsive and reliable service for home HVAC tune up

DO NOT HIRE!!! Mr. Jim came out to inspect my central A C unit. He told me to turn on the air and turn the degrees down low so that the unit would jump on. After working on the unit for about 2 hours, he comes in and ask us to check the thermostat, when I checked the thermostat it is now off and will not power back on. I can no longer control it from the app. I asked him what happened to have the thermostat go out and he said that he did not know. He tried to tell me that I have a bad board but my thermostat was working before he started working on it. He tried to tell me that the thermostat was bad before he got there but that is impossible because I was able to turn in on when he asked me to prior to him starting the work. He did not fix my original issue and now I have to pay someone to fix whatever new issue he caused. He told me that he did not cause it to go because he is been doing this for 30 years. I understand that, but mistakes happen and as a businessman, he did not own his mistake. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Timely efficient

Timely response, knowledgeable, was able to do a thorough job servicing my furnace.

Cam out right away. Got heater running. Lady called saying would not stop running. Came out again and put a control board in. Was running but she smelled gas. Had to call gas company. They fixed holes where gas was leaking. Ran ok for few days but now makes noise and will not produce heat. I paid 735.00 for first visit. he wants 485.00 for second visit. Still not fixed. Did no pay second bill yet. I know furnace is old but putting all this money into repair is hard on elderly as we do not have money to spend with heater not working. She smelt gas on his 2nd visit, he said he did not but gas company. Did when they came out 2 hours after he left. Lady is going to call me, her friend this after noon to let me know what is happening. I live 50 miles from her home. Any suggestions?

They came out promptly, diagnosed the problems and repaired the ac system.

Jim was informative and terrifically customer friendly, he went through all the steps in figuring out what the problem was with our barely two year old furnace. Replacement of the motor was needed, and Jim checked warranty and it was still under warranty! A big savings for us! Thank you Jim!
