It took him one day to complete the jobs. He arrived with his son at the scheduled time. I showed him the work to be done then we went to a hardware store together to pick out the needed items. He gave no advice in the selection of materials. They proceeded to work on the bathroom shower doors. They were not put in correctly. They rattle & water comes through the doors. They were to remove the toilet, replace the seal and reseat the toilet. I don't think they removed the toilet at all but rather recaulked only. The caulk is the wrong color, is not holding well. After that, they increased the size of the attic hatch on the 3rd floor ceiling. They had no tools with them for clean up. They had no trash bags, broom or vacuum. I gave them a box for sawdust and scrap. They left unused materials (including concrete power) on the 3rd floor. They were quiet but not very capable or prepared and they did not have adequate tools and supplies. I hired someone after the fact to clean. He told me after they were finished that he did not do plumbing or electrical work.

Leslie is a very nice man, and reliable and trustworthy, IMO. However, he didn't do a great job on the grouting- it was sloppily applied, and already it cracking (which may be the fault of the pre-mixed grout we had on had in the house). But the application was really bad - all over the tiles, not just in the seams- looks pretty low-budget now.

I LIKE THAT HE CAN BE TRUSTED. HE IS VERY RELIABLE AND HE WILL STICK WITH A JOB UNTIL IT IS FINISHED AND IF HE CAN'T DO THE JOB HE WILL TELL YOU AND ADVISE YOU ON HOW TO GET IT DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. HE HAS EXTENSIVE CARPENTRY SKILLS.
