THE JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE I MOVED INTO MY NEW HOME. TWO AND 1/2 MONTHS AFTER MOVING INTO MY HOME THE WORK WAS STILL NOT COMPLETE, AND THEY WERE ONLY COMING TO MY HOME TO DO WORK ONCE ABOUT EVERY OTHER WEEK. WHEN I TRIED TO FIRE THEM, THEY MADE ME FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE (THEY WERE IN MY HOME AND HAD KEYS) THAT I ENDED UP AGREEING TO LET THEM CONTINUE ALTHOUGH THIS WAS NOT WHAT I DESIRED. AFTER I FINALLY DECIDED TO TERMINATE THE RELATIONSHIP, THEY MADE NUMEROUS INSULTING AND INTIMIDATING PHONE CALLS AND EVEN CAME TO MY HOME ONE DAY; ALL OF THESE ACTS WERE IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET PAYMENT FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT RENDERED.
Description of Work: LAID NEW TILE ON BATHROOM FLOOR AND WALLS. REMOVED VESTIBULE AND REPLACED FLOORING, AND SEALED OFF EXPOSED AREAS. KNOCKED OUT WALL IN UPSTAIRS TO OPEN UP A ROOM. DID NOT FINISH ANY ON THE WORK IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER. TILE IN SHOWER WAS NOT CLEANED AFTER GROUTING AND WILL NOT COME OFF. ALSO, THERE ARE MARKS ON THE TILE (USED FOR CUTTING) THAT WILL NOT COME OFF. THE NEW BASEBOARDS THAT WERE LAID WHERE THE WALLS WERE REMOVED DO NOT MATCH THE EXISTING BOARDS. AN ELECTRICAL LINE WAS CUT THAT INTERRUPTED SERVICE TO THE FRONT PORTION OF MY HOME.
