Everything went smoothly.

Not much to elaborate on... They installed a 200 amp service. they were on time and with no surprise additional costs.

I lost power Sunday night and called a couple of and quot;24 hr. emergencyand quot; places -- got an answering machine + a message service who said that they would pass it along but that I probably wouldn't get a call back (didn't). Started calling around Monday morning -- left messages at a few places, actually got to talk to someone at one place who had no idea whether they could provide service that day but would call back, reached another place booked up. Lauterborn answered promptly, asked some questions to get a sense of the issue, set up a time, called to say when they were leaving, arrived in a timely manner, and fixed the problem -- teaching me a lot about my electric system in the process (1st time home owner). I will definitely be using them in the future.

They came out for the estimate on time and were very professional. He explained all my options and didn't push me into any one thing. It was a big job and they showed up on time and actually finished the same day. They left the work areas clean and the surfaces exactly how I specified.
Overall I couldn't be happier with their quality, professionalism and the price. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

The experience with Lauterborn Electric was flawless from start to finish. They were extremely professional and made sure that every last detail was perfect. We are going through a large kitchen renovation and this was by far the easiest part of the process! They worked with our General Contractor and made sure that everything was done on time to make the rest of the kitchen renovation move smoothly which was greatly appreciated and made life much easier for us. They were able to give us various lighting options in different price ranges and talked us through the pros and cons of each option. They worked closely with us to make sure we had the most optimal lighting layout for the room and also brought some options to our attention that we didn't even think of but that are so helpful for everyday use. They made sure that everything was practical, but also looked great in the room. We did not have an easy job as wires ended up having to be run practically all over the house, but they came and completed the entire job in just 2 days to get it done in time for the rest of the renovation to continue on time.
