He is very friendly, has a nice personality, and responds quickly to any issues or concerns. He is accomodating when it comes to billing as well. I also like that he asks in advance what services the lawn needs. In fact, he does such a good job that he services multiple homes in my neighborhood.

He has you fill out a form to describe everything that you want him to do throughout the year. He's very good! I've been using him for at least 5 years and I will continue using him. He's professional and does exactly what you want.
