Prompt in returning call for install. Actually showed up when they said they would (how often does that happen?). Took them a bit longer to finish the job that day, as it was extremely hot, but thats to be expected. Would use again, but I no longer live in the area.

It was fine. He had a key to the house so he could work while I wasn't around. Job took a little longer than expected, but it was fine.

Jason was super easy to deal with. I was surprised as to how fast he was able to do it. Basically within 2 days of calling, he was back for the install. He also gave tips/advice on the care of the carpet.
