Furniture - Sales
They had to take my sofa bed up to the second floor and it was kind of tricky, but they were able to get it upstairs without damaging anything. They also didn't charge me for delivery and assembly and I was very pleased with that. They were both special ordered and they were right on time with everything. I knew what I wanted in a sofa bed so that was easy. The sales lady went through many catalogs with me to try to find a new headboard and that was a little frustrating.
