Great contractor

The contractor never followed up with my receipt for the job. And I needed it to be reimbursed Very disappointing

I initially hired this contractor on 8/5/2020 to build an access door and install a basement bathroom door. He was also contracted to remove a 25-foot arborvitaes tree, demolish and rebuild a retaining wall the tree's roots were pushing over. His work with the basement doors was excellent, although each door was a days work it took more than a week to complete. After the tree was removed he for some reason wanted to renegotiate the price of the retaining wall, at which time I declined the service. The work was done well, the time frame to completion ridiculously prolonged (The tree was not completed until September 13th) more than a month after he was hired. This contractor does really good work; however, I was not pleased with the time frame of completion nor the attempt to raise the price after our original agreement,

Shortly after contacting Kingston 11 Construction, Ramone contacted me, we set up a date and time for Ramone to take a look at my project, a bathroom door that would not close correctly. After looking over the problem, 20min later my door is closing as should be. Good communication, showed up when he said and reasonably priced work, I will be calling Ramone again for future projects.

Ramone came immediately after I had an emergency situation. He assessed, went to Home Depot and returned to start the job. He was able to complete one of the jobs and strengthen another area and will return on Monday to complete the job. he was very knowledgeable, courteous and able to communicate exactly what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Kingston 11 and will be utilizing them again in the near future.
