Richard has a great eye and really good ideas. He helped us figure out how to make the most of our limited budget. Got us to think about how we use the space and maximize it. He helped us source appliances that were the best value.
He noticed things that needed to be addressed and discussed the pros and cons of addressing them. We didn't even realize our heating vent was blocked--we just thought the room was cold because it got no direct sunlight during the day.
