Called and got an evening appointment suggested to me which is ideal for my schedule. On the day of the appointment, Kevin called my cell phone and let me know he was running early and that was fine with me. I arrived home 20 minutes later and he was there, ready to go. He came in, assessed the home, was honest, did not try and sell me services I did not need, wrote his official report and that was that. He was professional and friendly throughout the process and it was completely painless.

The service man arrived on time. Assessed the situation. Then removed the nest immediately. So now I need not worry about wasp in my crawl space, coming into my home. The company also honored Angie's List coupon, which is reflected in the above price.

I have been trying to hang in there for about a year. I use the services in the fall and spring. Services were ok when I could finally schedule an appointment. There was never a person to answer the phone and it would take a number of days to receive a call back. Exterminator often did not come on time. Today the exterminator did not come at all, nor did he leave a message. As you can see I'm very unsatisfied with this company.

"In response to this customer's review of our company. First off, I'm sorry that you felt this way. Good customer serrvice is what we always try to maintain. This complaint was about an incident that occured on May 18, 2013. This customer again used our services on September 21, 2013. The May incident was that the technician arrived to complete work, knocked on the door when there was no answer he proceeded to call the customer who did not answer the phone call. Customer called complaining that no one showed up to complete work and said she was sitting on her back porch. I feel that this is an unfair review since we were there on time and made every possible attempt to complete the work. Technician did go back that day to complete work at customer's property. In response to the statement that no one answers the phone, we also provided this customer with an alternate use of communication (email) since when calls were returned customer never answered the call. Overall these comments about our company, are very jaded, as evidenced that this customer used our services after this complaint was posted on Angie's list."

Our services from Kevin were great. We had a swarm of termites appear suddenly in our living room and he was responsive to calls. He came by, explained everything completely, and returned with his crew for the treatment. Everything was completed to our complete satisfaction and we would gladly use him again-- we have a contract for continued maintenance.

I wanted to put my house on the market, and I needed a termite inspection. When I called I got a prompt response, and an immediate appointment for the following week. Kevin was very professional and found no evidence of infestation.

Front door area covered with mystery bugs trying to get into house. Call-back from Tinneny's was quick, courteous and helpful. Came 2 days after call. Sprayed affected area with non- harmful substance (as requested). Mentioned but did not push more extensive services. Pleasant professional attitude.

it seem to go well except the John showed up without calling first . We wer still sleeping as it was early morning on a Frifday. He did do the job as usual. I did point to him that we noticed some ants and flying insects and requested a good job as it could be due to summer months. Today( July 11 ) I called back to report that we have again noticed ants and flying insects in less than a week. We requested to do the job again. They said I will have to pay again, which I thought was unfair, and I refused. The company rep said it is summer time and that is why the bugs are back.I think they should have exterminated without charging me again. The job was not done correctly the first time.

I just want the angies list community to know that this is a very honest businessman. I thought I had a termite infection by my window. Kevin came out as he promised and on time. He was courteous and Kevin actually pointed out that I didn't have a termite problem, just a small ant colony that needed a spray of raid and washed down. He even checked my basement to ensure there weren't any infestations. I am a grateful as I am a retired person on a budget that he could have easily told me I had a bad infestation and charged me a high bill, but he is honest and did not charge me. I recommend him based on his courtesty, timeliness and more than anything his honesty.

when I called I got a person right away. She discussed my problem and suggested a plan of $40 per month for 3 months then $20 per month thereafter until the problem was done. I agreed and made an appointment at my convenince. The person who came to the house was very punctual and courteous. He sprayed in every room in the house including the basement... but that is all he did. Sightings of the number of roaches slowed but never fully stopped. I called them back... this time it took a few calls. when I finally got through they offered to come out again for another $40. I was so disappointed I declined and called Terminex... Paid the same amount over 3 months ($120) but they sprayed, bombed the places where I saw them, and put down a paster in the hidden areas. The $120 also included free return treatments if I wasn't satisfied. To date, I have only seen one or two and I have scheduled my free return visit.

I was able to schedule the treatments easily over the phone and the young men who came to spray the house were prompt.
They used a spray that was human-friendly (and also maybe animal friendly--we did not ask because we do not have pets). The young men who came to spray were systematic and efficient. It took a number of treatments to rid us off all of the moths, but they did so. The moths are gone!
The price was very reasonable.

I was at work when a teant contacted me about water bugs in her unit. I went to angies list and found Kevins pest Co. They went out to apartment ,sprayed inside both units and put traps . down,called me at work once they were finished. Next day my teant called saying the problem was solved. Kevins pest Control keeps in touch for fellow up treatments. I think there a Great service povider.

We had some ants in the kitchen that were pretty persistent so we decided to make a couple of calls. I was able to get ahold of this company right away and they scheduled an appointment immediately (and quoted a price that they stood by!). They were a bit late but called to let us know. All was worked well and we have been pleased thus far.

Service was good, though the carpenter bee holes were not able to be found, so I can still hear them in the walls. The price was reasonable, though my problem was not fully solved. The price along was worth it for the basic service.

They were great. Scheduling was easy. They were able to come out within a couple of days. I was not in a hurry as I had just seen a few bees and wanted to get rid of them before they set up housekeeping.
