very difficult to sell units. Many are
underwater, many are foreclosed, and there are an excess number of units for
sale. I was very anxious about the listing. Together Kevin and I came up with a listing
price and strategy.
Kevin not only sold
the unit in about half the time I expected, he helped negotiate a fair price with
VERY difficult buyers. My unit was listed mid-March and was closed mid-June
which is about a third of the time of other units in the building. This is the second unit he has sold for me in
the same building.
In addition, I travel frequently for work; Kevin made
himself available for contractors that were required to prep the unit for
sale. I cannot thank him enough for
helping me with this transaction. I
would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
