Total disaster.
- Tiles in the BR are all crooked and some are broken
- Not enough grout between tiles. He told me it was really easy to do and that I could even do it myself
 - They chipped my whirlpool tub and told me it was no big deal, that they would fix it
 - His guy painted my LR and BR ceiling in 30 min or less (I am serious). No taping, painted over light fixtures, switches, ceiling fan, ... My 10 year old would have done a better job
- The LR ceiling looks worst that before. I asked them to change the dry walls, but they say they would just patch and sand it and I will not see the difference. It looks really really and he acknowledged it.
 - They also smoked in my house when I was gone, even though I told them not to
 - They used my stuffs to do the work and ruined all of them, all the walls had black smudge on them.  The house was very dirty when they left.
 - Worst of all, he told me the new shower was on back order, and that he was going to it get a month later and come back to install it and fix all the other problems he acknowledged. Guess what? I have not seen or heard from this guy since then, I had to pay an extra $1,200 to get the shower done by someone else
 - They were always late, they showed up at 1:00am instead of 8:00am everyday, One day he did not show up at all and did not pick up his phone at all. Another day, he left his 2 guys stranded at my place (they did not have cars). He did not pick up the phone when they called him, so I had to drive them to a bus stop, and pay for the fare
Kevin acknowledged that they were problems with the work, but that they would fix it when they come back for the shower. And like a idiot, I paid him as my wife wanted them out of the house.
Now, the website has been discontinued, and so has the phone. I tried to get to him through one of his guys (he called me from his phone one day his phone was out of battery), but he told the guy that he had fixed the issue.
This is scam artist and I am sure he created another website/company to scam more people. He appeared to be very professional, we signed a contract, he showed me his license and confirmed he was insured up to $1M. I would not be surprise if those were in fact fake documents.
I am taking legal and criminal action and will go hard after him at least for the shower and the chipped whirlpool tub.
