My appointment was for 1pm, and was reconfirmed that morning. By 1:36 pm, they had not yet arrived, nor had they reached out to me with a status update. I reached out them, and was given the excuse of traffic. At 2:04, I received a text from them saying they were 22 minutes away. They finally arrived at 2:26 for a 1pm appointment...nearly 1.5 hours late. As a result, I had to reschedule a prior commitment that was to take place at 2:30. When it came time to pay them, I asked if I would be compensated for my inconvenience. Not only was that request refused, but the gentleman maintained that he had done nothing wrong. Now, I understand that traffic can unavoidable (although given how late they were, I question the traffic excuse). Nevertheless, when they knew they would not make it to my home by 1 pm, they should have communicated with me before that time. Then to not take any accountability for inconveniencing a client or try make it right? Very bad business. I do not recommend them.

They arrived on time and hauled my items out it was a challenge getting my washer out but that didn't stop them they made it work and got it out safely would definitely hire again for future projects

KennerGroup hauling were amazing I contacted them for junk removal services and they got back to me same day with quote-super fast! The guys who came out were prompt ,very polite and processional. They removed some junk in tricky spots handled everything with care- not a single scratch on walls or furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently the entire process was much easier than I expected ! I would highly recommend
