We have a 3 year old heat pump/air conditioner HVAC system. Our air conditioning unit was running, but the outside unit was super hot, and there was no cool air. I called Kenair around 11:30 am. He was working in the area, and was able to come over to check out the unit that day, around 3:15. He wanted to check out the unit, before the warehouse closed at 4:00, in case he needed to order parts. He had the part we needed, and our AC was up and running by 3:45. Since we were in the middle of a mini heat wave, I really appreciated the quickness of his response.
