While overall they were great--very efficient and took the lack of the freight elevator in stride at the destination location, the broken glass shelf for the china hutch has not yet been replaced by them, even though that's what we agreed to after it happened. They are not good at following up after the issue. Still waiting......

The move went well.  Vaughan and Ralf moved the furniture like the experts they are!  The treadmill was very heavy, but they took their time, laid down blankets, and successfully got the treadmill to its new location.  Then they packed two other pieces of furniture -- wrapped them in blankets -- and safely delivered them to another local address.  I am very happy with their professionalism and expertise.  Would definitely hire them again.
