I chose not to go through my insurance company and pay my deductible for this repair, and was not looking forward to the prospect of shopping around for a garage to do the work, especially paying out of pocket. I got 5-6 quotes, and not only was Keenan the most affordable, they were also the most professional, and provided a detailed estimate, itemizing the breakdown of costs for labor and parts (at least 2 places didn't even bother to do this, were not as thorough, and quoted hundreds more). Keenan then honored that estimate more than 2 months later (when I finally got around to choosing who would do the work), and tried hard to stick to it. Everyone there made the experience as painless as possible, and I couldn't be more grateful. They got me set up with a rental car, spoke with me on the phone each day to provide an update on how the work was progressing, and finished slightly ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly and straightforward. Most importantly, the car looks great, and you can't tell that anything ever happened. I think everyone would agree, you never want to be in a position to need body work, but if I am in this position again in the future I would go straight to Keenan, and would recommend friends to do that same. They are a great, local shop.

It was a perfect work done by them. Everything was really good from the estimation, the explanation, everything about it was just perfect. They gave me an appointment time, they were on schedule so that I should be available in the morning, the car was in wonderful shape, they cleaned up well. I had a chance to walk around while they were giving estimation.
