JUST DRAINS LLC

Michael diagnosed problem and replaced old pipe in my basement and the drain was fine.

I had a patio install scheduled by another company. But then found tree roots in my drain and water leaking in basement from an older pipe. I paid premium price but in return they were able to come out over 4th of July holiday and worked 2 full days to get it finished in time for my patio work to resume. Also helped me discover a foundation issue that I could fix while they were on break.

The phone dispatch gave us an arrival time 2 hours from my initial phone call.  The service person, Mike, arrived exactly on time.  He inspected the problem and gave me a full report on what to expect as well as a quote.  I hired him on the spot.  He worked close to 3 hours to get the job done and gave me a full explanation of what he found and what I should do in the future.  Mike was supremely positive, professional and clean.

This was my second time using this company and in both cases, I was extremely satisfied with the responsiveness, service and professionalism. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.

With an investment property, we don't have the luxury of waiting for help during 9-5 biz hours, so when the building had a clog that couldn't be fixed with our sewer snake, we saw this service van just down the street from our building. While I called other plumbers that could be there in a few hours or the following morning by 9am, having tenants in the building didn't allow for us to be able to wait. Other quotes I received ranged from $125-$185 so this $350 was very steep. Although the drain was cleared, I wouldn't recommend the service to others unless they are in dire straights. Otherwise, wait the few hours and save $200. You could go to a nice hotel for that and have $ to spare :)

We had Mike out twice to unblock our mains. There's obviously a deeper a
problem that we need to get fixed and he put us in touch with a
plumber. We paid for the first call out, the second was free covered by
their 90 day guarantee. He was informative, courteous and above all
professional. Both times were late and in bad weather. We had an
extremely good experience with him and Just Drains.

It went well. The work was done to my satisfaction and quickly. I had a leaking pipe for months in the backyard that was costing me

hundreds of dollars. I was finally able to get it fixed. No more $145 water bills. I had been unable to use the kitchen sink because the drain pipe was broken at the elbow joint. Now I have a completely new piple including new elbow joint. Now I can wash dishes in the kitchen and not in the laundry room. I can wash my car now that I have a faucet that no longer leaks and pipes that leak water into the basement.

It was easy to make an appointment, he came on the date convenient for me, he showed up on time, was an extremely pleasant person. He came down to my office to pick up a check so I didn't have to leave work, which I really appreciated. The only con is the price which, to me, was rather high. Also, he gave a 2-month warranty on the drains.
