He emailed a bid with detail of the work to be done within a day and then immediately scheduled the work after we agreed to his contract. The job was small but he did NOT dither about doing it like so many providers do.
He kept us informed along the way with the process and the progress.
He was able to accommodate our scheduling needs.
He showed a high level of integrity in accounting for his time and supplies.
The work was in the masterbedroom and he took pains to protect all the furniture, bedding and book shelves.
He cleaned up every day after he was finished with a step in the process and his final clean up was also excellent.
