SubZero freezer drawer repair was completed. Phone receptionist Kristi was extremely helpful and responsive. They accepted emailed photo of freezer issue (torn gasket) and I received a response call the same day with cost estimate and service was completed the following day - on a Saturday! Service repair Gary called in advance to confirm appt time and was highly experienced & knowledgeable. Gary really cared about doing a great job with the repair and was thorough and neat. Highly recommend Joe K Service!

They came out as fixed it no charge. But that wasn’t the issue, they left the freezer side of the fridge in some shutdown maintenance mode, which we did not notice until the next day. By them over freezer ice has melted and put meet products thawed. Which was not good since this is memorial weekend and I had to throw out hundreds of dollars of meat products which I ad ready for a bbq for Memorial Day. When I noticed the issue I called them and left a message. They called me a few hours later and that is when they acknowledged it in this odd and gave me instructions to take it out of that mode. As to the spoiled food, they said they would call me back. Of course no call back. I’m hoping I don’t have issues with a this fridge or the other 20k of Wolf products I put in y new kitchen,as this company is closest Wolf/subzero warranty repair guys.

I usually do not wright reviews.  However, this company has been so good to me recently that I had to tell others.  My subzero refrigerator and refrigerator drawers both broke about a month ago.  Total cost should have been +/- $2000.  They came out the same day as the call.  Gary went above and beyond for me.  He called Subzero / Wolf and was able to get my parts covered along with a credit towards labor. They are a great company who really go out of their way to look out for their customers. 

They are awesome!!! They were on time, very knowledgeable and professional.  Tony was able to have my ice machine covered under warranty.  We use them a lot and every time they are always looking out for the best interest for their customer.

My 5 year and 3 month old Maytag breakdown washing machine broke down!!! Seamus from the company told me that the problem was with the transmission and it would cost over $700 to fix it. Maytag would only give me $70 for the part-the rest was labor. It didn't pay to fix it, so I ordered a new breakdown (Speed Queen-the only company that makes a break down) from Airs Appliance in Center City. The funny thing is, the neighbor right across the street had the same Maytag (all of 6 years old) that had the same tranmission problem, he called Joseph Kozakeicz for an estimate, got the same results and then proceeded to order the same Speed Queen from Airs Appliance 4 days before I did! I did not use the company for repairs but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for another repair.

THE SERVICE REP. WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT HOW HE WOULD BE PAID THAN ABOUT LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM. HE WAS THERE FOR 5 MINUTES AND DID NOT EVEN APPEAR TO KNOW HOW TO TURN ON THE GRILL (HAD THE OVEN ON INSTEAD), LET ALONE DO ANYTHING WITH IT. ONCE I TURNED IT ON FOR HIM SO HE COULD SEE THE PROBLEM, HE IMMEDIATELY PRONOUNCED THAT THE GRILL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE DID NOT EXAMINE IT IN ANY DETAIL, LET ALONE DISASSEMBLE IT. CHARGED $100 FOR THIS 5 MINUTES OF 'SERVICE'' AND WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL BACK WITH THE COST OF THE PARTS AND NEVER DID. AFTER HE LEFT I TOOK THE GRILL APART MYSELF, CLEANED IT AND IT WORKS FINE NOW. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T DO IT MYSELF FROM THE START WAS THAT I THOUGHT A 'PROFESSIONAL'' SHOULD LOOK AT IT. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
