John Pfeuffer General Contractor

.As a landlord and home owner I know how important it is to have a quality contractor you can trust, who is skilled, reliable and affordable.  I feel very fortunate to have met John Pfueffer.  I own a small four unit apartment building in West Mt Airy.  I have used Mr. Pfueffer as my general contractor for both large and small projects.  He is lead certified and has all relevant licenses and insurance.  Mr. Pfeuffer has totally renovated three of the four units in my apartment building.  He did the last one in August 2012 for around 15000. This included gutting and rebuilding the kitchen and bath, installing new sub floor and floor, ceilings, cupboards, counters, relocating plumbing and electrical and installing new appliances and plumbing and light fixtures etc.  He is a gifted craftsman who is very hardworking, honest, and professional.  John has very high standards for himself and has a great deal of pride in his workmanship.  I was so impressed with his tile work at the apartments that I also hired him to gut redesign and rebuild the bathroom in my primary residence.  He did a wonderful job.   Most recently in Feb of 2013 I had Mr. Pfeuffer install a new Microwave Oven, new grab bars in my bath and two new ceiling fans.  He completed everything in three hours.  After working with Mr Pfeuffer for over 8 years  on multiple construction projects at my church, my home and my apartment building, I have no reservations in strongly recommending him.  He?s also a very nice guy.
