I bought "new" shower valves at Lowes and hired a different plumber (not John Neill) to try to install them. The plumber called me because I was out of town at the time and said the valves were damaged out of the box. The valves were returns that Lowes had re-sold to me. He sent me photos but I wanted the shower fixed so I told him to go ahead and try to make them work. I called Lowes in the mean time. They were no help, wanted plumber to spend another hour returning the part. Not worth it. the valves began leaking the next day and damaged the living room ceiling. I found John Neill and called. He returned the call quickly and I explained the situation. He advised NEVER to by fixtures at any big box store because you run the risk that it is a returned item. He provided a new product from his supplier and installed it the next day. There was a problem with the diverter valve the next day and I called him. He retuned early the next morning and fixed it. I was impressed with his responsiveness. He charged a bit more than the original plumber but in the long run with damage to the ceiling, money wasted on Lowes, frustration and so on it was actually cheaper.

They came gave an estimate within moments of our phone conversation. We set-up service for the following week which they completed quickly with constant communication (I was not home while the service was being performed). The replacement is great and there is no more leaking.

First they were very responsive. I found the chap to be very reliable. He does good work at reasonable price.

Mr. Neill and his associate were experienced, professional and very friendly. He always responded to my calls himself and promptly. They arrived on time.We felt that we were definitely in good hands and trusted his professional opinion. His helper/associate made us feel equally confident. The repairs cost less than we expected and he took the time to do another small job we had that wasn't planned. We've had no further problems with either of the repairs.

We have been using him for about ten years. He is punctual. He has a machine so he will get back to you quickly. His work is outstanding. Anything he has fixed, has been problem free since. I think it would be nice if he had more workers.

John responded to an emergency call for my hot water heater. He came in and replaced it within 3 hours, despite the fact that it was late in the day. He's always professional and I've been using him for years. This last project I called him for was an emergency, and he truly saved the day. :)

He is very good. He is a plumber in my neighborhood. He is a very nice man and I like him very much. I adore him. He is a great guy. There is an older gentleman and his son Neill works with him and they have a helper, so I think there are three of them. They are good people. They come out quickly. They pretty much can give me all the details honestly and they do a good job and are neat. They are reasonable. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

My hot water heater was ready to go at any time. I called John Neill, who I found on Angie's List. He came to my home, told me what would have to be done, gave me a price and set up a date and time for installation. He came at the exact appointed time, installed my new hot water heater without any ado or mess and removed my old one(which was a job in itself--what a tank). I was most pleased with the efficiency with which the job was performed. A real pro, no bull.

This is the best plumbing company around. I actually hate to give his name out because I want him all to myself. This company is so responsive. They come right away, are very neat, professional and truly honest.
