While we felt we were pretty astute observers and shoppers, it was a great asset having someone with more expertise around to represent our needs as buyers, without charging by the hour, as well as to point out the finer aspects and help us see the overall picture to make the right decision and also most importantly help us get the most for our money by being concerned with making all parties happy and not simply focusing on commission.
