It was pretty good. I would use them again. Delivered on time the service. No problems. Price could have been a little lower but was in line with other prices.

Fabulous job on our 2006 Beetle convertible! They were totally professional from start to finish, super-friendly. They somehow managed to remove acrylic paint that was on the leather seat and even touched up all the little scratches and scrapes that come with city living (we provided the paint). Perfection--looks like a brand new car!

Great job. Plus they buffed out my front headlight which had gotten cloudy..something they did without me asking. Even though I only had the exterior done, they did a quick clean on the inside too.

I called Jo Jo's on Monday and made an appointment to bring in my 2005 Honda CR-V that Wednesday. Michelle quoted me $165 over the phone and told me if I had any touch up paint to bring it with the car and they would use it. She even told me where to buy a little bottle of car touch up paint. Unfortunately I didn't have time to get to that store to bring it with me.

My husband was bringing in the car on a day he was working from home. We don't live far away but Michelle offered to drive him home after dropping off the car. With 2 kids under 5 years old and parking on city streets my CR-V needed some TLC on the inside and outside. All I can say is and quot;WOW!and quot; It is almost like my car is brand new again. Aside from a few scratches in the trunk area on the plastic-y part, the inside of my car is pristine. I almost don't want to let my kids back in. The outside looks great too. They buffed away some small scratches and I really wish I had that paint b/c now that it is so clean, I can see some spots where I could have used it. Everything looks amazing.

Much more reasonable than other places in the city and they were super nice to work with. And they drove our car back to our home when it was ready. They are cash only.

I called up and described my problem and JoJo told me to come down for an estimate. He took a look at the car and gave me an estimate of $160, which sounded fine for a complete detail; my car has looked like a five-year-old lived in it for a few years now, so a full exterior and interior cleaning was pretty much in order. Since I had to finish work for the day, I said I'd bring the car around the next day.

I mentioned that I had to work during the day but that I worked from home, and JoJo very generously offered to drop me off back home after I dropped my car off. I took him up on the offer. It took a few hours to clean the car, and they even dropped it back off in front of my house (I only live in Graduate Hospital, so it would have been a long walk through maybe not the best of neighborhoods, but only about a 5-10 minute drive).

I didn't even recognize my car when I saw it. For one thing, it's now its original color, which is a lot closer to black than I remembered (and a lot shinier). They even got out the paint from a sideswipe that had happened months ago (and most of the scratches were buffed out, too). The interior was spotless. It was as if the crumbs in the cupholder had never been there. The skin oils were out of the fabric armrests. And, of course, the rancid olive oil smell was completely absent. We can put things in the trunk now without a dropcloth!

Needless to say, I left a pretty good tip. Dropping me off and then dropping my car off is a level of service that is above and beyond anything I would have imagined. JoJo and his wife were also very nice to talk to on the phone. We'll definitely be bringing my wife's car here to get cleaned, as a tree on our street got a little excited on it and left sap all over the top. I'll definitely be bringing my car back, too, when it needs to be cleaned.
