Old heater broke - called in JMJ, they came in immediately and tried to revive a dead heater. Managed to tide us over for a few days till the stop gap measure needed a more permanent fix. They quoted us a number, was gracious enough to start installing the heater while we rounded up the cash. (This was on a Sunday - when the banks were all closed by then).
Install done in time (before dark) and they cleaned up and left. House was so nice and warm.... some issues with the boiler (they had to turn it off to install - but managed to get them on the phone to troubleshoot.
They followed up with a call the next day - and I think they did call again at the end of the week to see if there were any issues.
This was the 2nd time we used them - highly recommended. They're very quick / efficient and no BS'ing around.
Call them if you have any A/C and Heat issues.
