Terrible. As a tenant and also a property manager, I am appalled at the service. They left a hole in the roof and "couldn't find a roofer" for weeks. Once I got involved a roofer was there in a few days. As a tenant, they overcharged me by accident for over $7000 then basically told me to call my bank and deal. Beware this company!

As an African American woman, I cannot stress enough how inconsiderate and racist this company is. Throughout my leasing period, I shared an apartment with a white tenant. During that period, I began to feel unsafe and threatened in my own apartment between my roommate and her aggressive boyfriend who was never on the lease or paid any rent. Despite him not paying rent, he lived in the residence as if he did. I’ve expressed my concern to both Kathleen Vecchia and Tanner Allem in terms of feeling threatened and legal issues with substance use. I constantly made an effort to talk to Vecchia and Allem to express my concern about my safety and well-being in my own apartment, however they never took appropriate action, never offered advice or possible solutions. My concerns did not matter to them, but as soon as my roommate reached out to the leasing office with her irrelevant and exaggerated complaints, they took immediate action with complete disregard towards me. My voice and my legitimate concerns were completely ignored, but as soon as my white roommate spoke up against me, they treated me as if I were the problem. I am currently paying for an apartment that I do not live in because of how unsafe I feel and because of the lack of consideration from Kathleen Vecchia and Tanner Allem. If you are looking for a reliable company to lease through, this is the absolute LAST option I would ever suggest to anyone. Their lack of regard is disgusting, they lack professionalism, and they are blatantly biased.

I am a current tenant in a JG Real Estate property. NEVER DO IT! It is the worst decision I have made in my life. They are a breeding ground for racism and discrimination. I have consistently received bogus noise complaints and harassment from a racist and bigoted neighbor. I have received multiple racially inflammatory handwritten threats/ notes posted in public common areas and when I reached out to JG Real Estate to submit and discuss with Eric Cellini, Nicholas Pomante, and Caitlin I was ignored and told I was the problem and threatened with fines. They actually perpetuated the problem. I was told the noise complaints were “creditable” although they never provided evidence or were present during these complaints. But yet told me that the handwritten racist tirades that I still have documented in my place are unsubstantiated. If I could give zero stars I would. They are extremely unprofessional. There are so many other leasing companies to choose from In Philadelphia. If you are a person of color or member of the LGBTQIA community DO NOT lease from this company. You will regret it and support these bigots. In 2020 they should really focus being inclusive of all people but they are not. It’s unfortunate and sad that they are even in business. Lease at your own risk.

DO NOT RENT AT 512 E. GIRARD AVE. - JG Real Estate LC Builders are currenty covering mold. This site has appeared to struggle with this new construction. Please understand, my focus is to ensure anyone living in there and that future tenants are safe. (See below images) molded presswood was not removed the water proofing material was changed out and replaced. To pay $2195 p/mo. this is shoddy work.

Fraudulent business practices, negligence, knowingly made false statements. Employed unlicensed maintenance vendors who performed repairs improperly. Falsely claimed maintenance work had been completed which was never accomplished (this includes seasonal preventive maintenance, which when paid for is intentionally not performed). Through mismanagement of my property JGRE contributed to a material decrease in property value and lied to cover up their actions. Would not recommend.
