Excellent. Eddie has been coming to us ever since we moved to the East Coast 10 years ago. Our windows are a challenge b/c of their height, in many cases. He is always punctual, professional, pleasant and careful. This year he had to move furniture to get to the windows; he is very careful with our possessions, including our window dressings which for the most part are in his way.. We love Eddie and know we can count on him to do the job carefully, cheerfully and in good time. He also does my daughter's windows in Roxborough.

The gentleman that performed the services was very thorough and efficient. He did an excellent job cleaning the windows, and cleaned up after he finished the job. He also asked us to check all of the windows to make sure that he got them all to our satisfaction before he left the premises.

I've used James Branch Cleaning Services in the past and I've never had an issue. They were at my home on time and were very courteous to me. My roof accumulates a lot of leaves so they not only cleaned the gutters but they even swept off my some of my roof. Their pricing is pretty much in line and just under what others charge to clean gutters so that's why they got a B for pricing. They were done in about 20 minutes. Would definitely use again as I have in the past.

They came and first offered my wife some extra cleaning for money under the table, this made her feel very uncomfortable. Two men showed up to clean and it was clearly a job for three people. We called and asked for third person but they told us we only were getting two. They did a very poor job of cleaning and left much to be desired. We felt very undeserved and there was plenty to do once they left.

They are very good. They are trustworthy and come when they are supposed to and do what they are supposed to.

First of all they showed up one hour early even after being told twice not to come until the designated time. They left my kitchen cabinets, appliances walls, most of my oven, my bedside tables, and window units filthy and untouched.

All I was interested in was the ceramic tile grout joints they were to clean, they couldn't do it. I spoke to them told them the only way I know to do it was with muriatic acid. They agreed to stop back on Thursday, my tenant tells me they did, they worked on the floor a while, then said they couldn't get it clean and couldn't use the acid I proposed and left. What are your thoughts on the matter? I've never heard from them again, you would think they would call and talk to me about what as going on.

THE WORKMEN CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WERE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT AND DID A GOOD JOB.

I HAVE USED THEM TWICE AND THINK THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD. THEY WORK FAST AND USE CLEANING SOLUTIONS THAT HAVE REMOVED DIRT/STAINS THAT OTHER CLEANING SERVICES WERE UNABLE TO REMOVE. THE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO LETS HIMSELF IN AND OUT WITHOUT A PROBLEM. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY, ALTHOUGH THEY SEEM A BIT PRICEY.

FIRST CLEANING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS LATE THE SECOND TIME BUT HE DID CALL. THE THIRD CLEANING WAS VERY INADEQUATE,OF SIX ROOMS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED ONLY TWO SHOWED SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN CLEANED. HOUSE DUST REMAINED ON THE FLOOR IN MOST ROOMS.

THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. VERY POLITE, VERY THOROUGH. THEY WORKED FOR SEVEN HOURS TO CLEAN THE HOUSE AND FOR THE PRICE WE PAID, WERE EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IN MY NEW HOUSE.

THE PHONE REP WAS VERY POLITE AND FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY. THE STAFF HAVE COME RELIABLY AND HAVE ALWAYS DONE A VERY NICE JOB. THEY HAVE LET THEMSELVES IN AND OUT, AND HAVE NEVER LET THE CATS OUT.

THEY CAME ON TIME, BROUGHT THEIR OWN SUPPLIES AND WERE FRIENDLY TO OUR PETS (3 OF THEM). I HAVE USED THEM TWICE AND BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THE HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY ARE DONE.
