Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I had just bought a house with a pretty old furnace and wanted to get it checked out before I started it up for the first time. My phone call was returned promptly and we set up an appointment right away. He was punctual and professional and very patient about answering my questions. He also gave me some advice that probably saved me some money. Seemed very honest and didn't blow me off for a bigger job.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I stayed home from work in the morning the service was scheduled. 2 hours after the appointment time, no one had showed. I called and left a message to enquire as to whether there had been a misunderstanding and if someone would still be coming. Several days passed and no one returned my call. I left yet another message and waited another 10 days before submitted this report, but still no response.
