I called Frank and he was there within an hour. He checked out the whole house thoroughly and bated and told me to call him if I saw anymore mice. Frank is honest and does a good job every time I call him with a problem. His prices are more than fair.

Not long after I called, he came to evaluate my home and gave me a time and price. He arrived when stated and bated my entire house. For the next several days I was vacuuming and sweeping up dead roaches. I still occasionally see a half dead bug limping by, and I am extremely happy with the results.

They were very prompt and professional. They even sent someone back immediately after it had been discovered that the first treatment didn't work, and they did so at no extra charge.
