. Went Great. Initially I was going to Home Depot and Lowes to do the weather seal myself. But neither had products needed. Started calling around to locals and Frank was a hundred dollars cheaper than others. Came out in two days after  initial contact. Ran late on an earlier job but called to explain the delay. Completed service and was overly polite. Would yes again and would recommend him to others. Again price was great compared to others.

Frank picked up the phone when I called, made an appointment. He called me and let me know that he was not able to come out on the appointment day because his truck was broken. We made another appointment for the following day and he came right on time. Overall the service perform was good, I thought the price was a little high consider what he did. I would consider to use him again in the further, however, I will also shop around for a better rate.

He knew exactly what to do. Everything was A+. The scheduling was fine and they were very prompt.  They got the job done in about 20 minutes.

Frank did a great job. He fine-tuned everything until it worked perfectly. He explained functionality of the opener/door and helped me set up the exterior keypad. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommend him highly!

Quick response. Did not charge to come and look at the problem.  Had to shift the appointment several times but did so responsibly.  Did exactly what he said he would do, worked on the garage when I was not home. Reasonable price.

I am happy to join the other positive reviews of Hoy Overhead Garage Door Company. My single door garage door needed a new motor and springs and the Hoy Overhead was quick, responsive, polite and generally excellent. There was an adjustment needed a few days later and they came back immediately. I've recommended the company to friends and will do so. I took a long time to answer the response and don't know the exact amount. I put it down for $150 because that sounds right. Apologies if that causes issues.

I was recommended to Frank by a friend. He came to measure (he was early, which was great) and called me within a day with the quotation. Unfortunately, my door design choice did not correspond to my budget. Frank was very patient with me and quoted several doors over a couple weeks, until we got to a number that worked for me. The install took some time because it was a really old door with no button inside the garage, but it was worth it. My door looks great! They hauled away all of the debris and items from the old door. They took the time to teach me how to use the door (since I never owned a house with one before - I know, sounds simple/but trust me, it never hurts to listen), and let me know I could call them any time I had more questions or needed help or adjustments. They did exactly what they said they would and a little more. They cleaned up inside and outside of the garage when they were done. They were very professional, very and I would highly recommend them!

FRANK WAS POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. HE ASKED MY INPUT AS HE PROGRESSED THROUGH THE JOB. WHEN I COMPLAINED THAT THE NEW ELECTRIC OPENER WAS NOISY, HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO ADJUST IT. NOW, IT IS PERFECT. CLEAN-UP WAS COMPLETE.
