The team that came did a decent job, but weren't quite as thorough as I think is really required for a move-in clean where you really want to get into every corner and crevice.

Nice people, completely unimpressed by the service. 

They frequently missed dirt, dust and more -- even when these were pointed out, they were missed again at the next cleaning.

Homeworks has been doing our cleaning for about two years and we have been very happy with them. Many of the staff are students at the local universities or artists supplementing their income. We've gotten a number of their staff at different times and they have all been very pleasant, professional, and thorough. On the rare occasion that we've had to ask for a re-do of something, they were quite gracious and careful. The business itself is also very efficient -- you can make requests via email and they are very prompt about responding and very flexible for last-minute requests. I also like that they use your equipment and supplies (rather than dragging the same vacuum cleaner from house to house picking up stuff one perhaps doesn't want transferred). They will pick up your preferred supplies for you and just show you the receipt for the cost to be added to the check. It's a great company and I highly recommend them.

I liked working with them. They were very nice reliable, and flexible.

Terrific - even to the point where one person, without extra charge, replaced the belt on my vacuum cleaner because he noticed it wasn't working at capacity. Very competent, very easy to work with. I have already made arrangements for repeat services on a regular basis.

It went well.  There were two guys and they seemed to know how to do their jobs

We have been using Homeworks since the summer for regular cleaning every other week. The fee of $110 plus tax (total $118.80) includes the cost of licensing and insurance, which gives us peace of mind. They are very thorough and careful and just a very pleasant group of people.
Initially our schedule was wonky and we got different cleaners depending on the day and we have been happy with all of them. If you make special requests or call their attention to something specific they are very attentive to that.
The owner, Tony, is very prompt in communicating with us and has even accommodated us with last-minute schedule changes.
I like that they use OUR equipment and supplies, so we can specify exactly which cleaning products we want used and the vacuum has only ever been in our home, so we don't need to worry about bugs or allergens the vacuum may have picked up. They will pick up the specified supplies for you (no additional fee) and leave them at your home.

I have used them two times, and I could not be happier. I spend $145 each time, and it is $10 more if I want them to provide extra services like doing the refrigerator. They also offer a discount depending on how often I use them in a month; the discount will be greater if I use them weekly and lesser if I use them monthly. They are polite, friendly, on time and very thorough, which is exactly what I have been looking for. I had had individuals in the past who were very personal but not necessarily very good. They were not bonded or insured either. I have also had services that were impersonal and did not speak English. I researched a lot to find a company where the owner and the staff spoke English and were really on top of it all, and Homeworks has been great. I have had no complications with them. I had a couple of miscommunications with the owner, so there was a problem with their punctuality, but it was all resolved very quickly. They are actually in my house right now. I would continue to use them in the future.

They sent two workers who were on time and after a brief tour got right to work. Tony stopped by to review the services and go over and questions about the cleaning. Tony was very organized, professional and easy to talk to. The cleaners did a great job and I hired them for a regular monthly cleaning.

I called Homeworks to set up cleaning and got a call back quickly. Tone set up an evening appointment to look at the house, introduce his company and give us a quote. He was on time and very professional. We set up an initial cleaning, which was $140 and then set up a regular every other week cleaning appointment which is $115. I've had the same person each time and she does an excellent job. She is on time and very professional. We provide our own supplies. They will change linens if left out and will pick up clutter. My son's playroom even gets cleaned and straightened. Tony sends a reminder email prior to each cleaning.
