I think that people should know what a terrible company this is. It was bad enough that I joined Angie's List just to post this review. TERRIBLE. Thank goodness we went through our home warranty company so that we didn't lose the money, but we have now waited 2 months for a minor refrigerator repair and have to start all over again because of this company's unprofessionalism and dishonesty.
The repairman came again, pulled the washer away from the wall, detached the hose, said he needed a part and left. He returned and fixed the problem, and he left, telling me the machine worked, & I could finally do my laundry that had piled up after a week of waiting for his return.
I started my first load, and although it was "working", something sounded wrong : the water was POURING onto the floor from the hose that he had detached but never reconnected! I turned off the washer, but the water that remained in the tub continued to gush out.
I called the serviceman, and being that he was only five minutes away from my house, he came back immediately. I told him the problem, and he said, "I guess I forgot to reconnect the hose"!
I called AHS, told them the issue, and they said that the companies they use have insurance, so I should not worry about the damage to my carpet, floors and basement.
My insurance, AMICA, covered the cost of over $2000 minus the deductible of $500 that we paid. To date, Home Zone has not responded to any of the attempts made to collect on the damages they incurred with their carelessness!
Stay away from this company at all costs!! If your home insurance, AHS or other, uses them, tell them NO. They should check out the F rating on BBB as well as Angie's List!

When they finally show up the technician (Scott) was unable to diagnose the problem.
Looked me in the eye and flat out told me the machine had issues but he couldn't
figure it out and he would tell the warranty company that the machine should be replaced.
Let's face it...the dishwasher goes through the cycle and leaves the dishes as dirty as before it started - soap dispenser doesn't open, water doesn't get warm, steam doesn't dry. A little water swishes around. I'm not a technician but a dishwasher that doesn't clean dishes is an issue in anyone's book and unacceptable.
Anyhow next day he puts in a report that he "couldn't find anything wrong" with the machine.
Big difference between there is nothing wrong with the machine and he couldn't figure out how to fix it, wouldn't you say?
The warranty company closed the case thank you very much for sticking up for me Scott and lying to me.
After a long discussion and my insistance that my appliance was still not functioning the warranty company agreed to send another company - Universal 1 Repair that was able to diagnose and fix the dishwasher in one visit. Thank you Nick!
