Specht Remodeling and Design

We had Justin work on remodeling our bathroom and updating our laundry room. We are so happy with the results. The bathroom is more functional for our 3 children and the laundry room updates help us keep things more organized. Justin helped us through designing the spaces. As with any project there were definitely bumps along the way, but Justin took everything in stride and worked hard to give us the remodels that we had hoped for. In the past he also did a flooring project for us. We would recommend him for any project.

Justin Specht has helped us with a number of important home maintenance/restoration projects, as we have a large, older, unusual home. His work on our house has involved roof-work/repair, vent installation, interior and exterior wall, trim, and finish work, as well as masonry/masonry-repair (including work on granite, limestone, brick, and fieldstone…as well as concrete). The breadth of his skill-set is amazing! All of his work has been of good quality, and I feel he addressed our home’s needs in a very efficient, well-considered fashion. Needless to say, we’ve been nothing but pleased with his work! Justin was quite clear about expenses, and he was also refreshingly open in the sense that he expressed his reasoning explicitly, which helped us understand the project, etc. He has a good character, viz. an admirable set of ethical and professional principles to which he is genuinely committed: so rare these days! We’re very grateful we know such a good, honest, intelligent, straightforward, and reasonable contractor!
