It's always just fine. I go in there, they answer my questions when I ask them, and they always have what I need. They're pretty knowledgeable, I would say. Every time I went in there and asked a question, if someone didn't know the answer they would put me in the directio of somebody who did. All of my questions always get answered.

They were wonderful. We had three estimates, and they were very fair with the price and they had the type of window we wanted. We wanted windows that opened on both sides. They are energy efficient windows. I loved the sales guy that came. He did what he promised and he didn't overstay. He was excellent. They are very efficient. They didn't waste any time. They knew what they were doing. I haven't had any problems with the windows. We have had two horrible winters and the windows held up just fine. We have seen savings on our utilities almost immediately, in the winter and in the summer.

They are really nice and they've been really good. Their employees were really nice, the installers were very nice. They went right to it, got the job done and cleaned up after it. The windows have been very satisfactory as far as keeping out a draft, they were really nice to do business with. It was just one person who did the windows at the steps and he was very nice. I forget what kind of windows we got, there was a cheaper one but they recommended a better on.

Overall they did a good job with the installation. I had some problems after they were installed with some of the windows and it took a lot of back and forth on the phone to get them to come out and take care of the problems. The windows are good quality.

We were not pleased at all with the merchandise. We ordered new cabinets, floor, sink, faucets, and countertops. They were not the best quality and I was very dissatisfied. I would go elsewhere next time.
