THE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED WHEN ON THE WAY, BUT HAD NOT REMEMBERED THE TIME WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MEET. WHEN THE SCOPE OF WORK TO BE ESTIMATED WAS REPEATED, HE SAID HE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME AND CANCELED THE MEETING. SINCE I HAD ANOTHER ESTIMATE PROCEEDING IN THE SAME TIME-FRAME MY TIME WAS NOT WASTED, BUT IF I HAD TAKEN TIME OFF JUST TO BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE THAT ON SHORT NOTICE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY ANGRY.
