+ -1 moreOverall- I can say the project is 85% complete, and thats about as close as it is going to get. I will finsih up the remainder of the work. He makes big promises or tells you what you want to hear, but he is not realistic about the amount of time he should afford for each project.
Description of Work: To be fair - Louis and his crew stepped in to an ugly situation. Louis was called upon to fix numerous mistakes by another contractor. Louis is a good guy, and tries hard. But his downfall is that he over promises and under delivers. Time management is his biggest issue. I think if he afforded himself more time, he would be able to produce better quality work. Would I use Louis again, maybe. Great contractors are hard to come by, so I can settle for a good one. I don't know what he was paid, as the repairs were the responsibility of the seller.
