We used Ron a number of times over a year period. He always did quality work, and at the beginning was quite responsive. His responsiveness however varied quite a bit, and the last project he was supposed to do he just never showed up to, nor did he call, leaving us in the lurch, and having to do it ourselves when we were relying on him (we had a short time line.) So when he did do the work it was good, however, he lacks communication skills about how much he can do and when, and then not showing-up or letting you know that you're not going to show-up among the biggest irritations for an employer when you are counting on someone. I would not use him again.

He was professional, polite, and expedient. He did the job quickly, and cleaned up after the job.

I called Ron in a pinch as I was out of town and a tenant needed help with a rodent issue. Ron was able to go over to the condo that day and worked within my tenant's schedule. He did a temporary fix on the issue, and then we spoke about a permanent fix. He went back over on the following Monday (after speaking with me during the weekend on his time off!) to put a permanent metal plate in place and helped to fix some other areas of concern. My tenant thought he was professional and helpful. I was thrilled about the quick turnaround time to get this problem addressed.

Two men showed up right on time and I gave them a punch list of eight small jobs that they completed in just under an hour. $75 is the hourly rate for two handymen. They did a great job on every task, and they were quick and professional. It was a great experience and I will use them again. I did have to show a little persistence in booking the job with the owner -- I called him and he said to email him the punch list for an estimate. I expected him to call back right away but maybe I'm too impatient. I followed up that email with a phone call the next business day and we set up an appointment during that call. This service was referred to me by Rittenhouse Hardware.

This is a good, reliable handyman service company--which I feel is better than hiring an individual, unless you have a long-standing relationship with one. They are not perfect, but that's okay. I had to add wrapping to some of the pipe insulation that was not tight, but overall I was happy with the job. The thermostat is working fine. The owner/manager is accessible (phone, e-mail, text), reasonable and honest.

I was so impressed with the work Ron did for me that I have recommended him to my mom. He has done carpentry, cabinets, painting and electrical for us. His prices can't be beat. He is a very nice guy.
