We'd been trying to figure out the problem with our Home Depot purchased gas log unit for almost a year. These guys came out and recognized the issue right away. They were extremely professional, knowledgable, and honest. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I also know where I will be buying my next quality gas log unit.

I had a Vermont Castings Montpelier wood burning fireplace insert installed in my rowhome. The owner, Dan, came out to my home and gave me a quote. I ended up needing a new chimney flue installed to accommodate the stove. Dan gave me a decent prince, and his employees did an excellent job with the installation. When I had questions about the stove's operation, I called H&S and spoke with Dan. I now burn two cords each winter, and the stove now heats up the whole house. Very satisfied.

Dan responded to my email query very promptly, scheduling the appointment was easy, and the service work was fantastic. Dan showed up on time as scheduled, was very friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. He actually charged lower than the initially quoted cost for the work done, which really speaks to H&S' honesty and professionalism. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the service!

The staff, from the office manager Rob to the owner Dan and his 2 colleagues effected a prompt inspection, resolution plan and reasonable estimate for their work. They executed the project promptly and efficiently. They even added color pigment to the concrete to match the existing color of my deck at no additional cost and cleaned up like they were never there! Their professionalism and knowledge of my job and toward me was commensurate. Most of all.... NO LEAKING! I would recommend them in a heart beat!

I was very pleased with Hearth and Stove. The men who came to my house were very nice, helpful and professional. They walked me through the dos and don'ts of using the fireplace, and they even taught me how to light a fire. They found one potential problem with the fireplace and were very patient explaining why it was an issue and the timeframe in which we should get it handled. I would definitely use them again for any chimney needs.

The gas service to the house had been shut off and "Red Tagged" and could not be restored until the work was completed. Hearth & Stove did the required work with a sence of urgency so that the gas service could be restored. The technicians were friendly, informative and professional. Our gas utility company was satisfied with the work Hearth & Stove performed and the gas service was restored. I would highly recommend this company.

I emailed Hearth and Stove over the weekend and received a return call on the next business day. Represntative I spoke with was professional and very helpful. I received an appt the same day. They arrived on time and was very friendly, step by step details of what he was doing and why. I would definately use this company again.
