hayward hvac and appliances

Mr. Hayward came to diagnose the problem. I paid him a cash deposit, that included money for the part and his service fee. we made plans for him to come back to do the work. It's almost a month later and I haven't heard back from him since. I've called, text, and emailed and I cannot get him answer the phone to come out to actually do the work. He came out to my home about a year ago, to service my gas dryer. I've kept his number since then, and I have been trying to contact him for almost a year. Its unfortunate because this young man seems to be well versed in his field, however his professionalism needs some work. I would Love to be reimbursed my money, so I can hire another person to come and repair the machine, that is still not functioning well.
