He came out to fix a couple of my appliances. The one that he came out to look at this time was my washing machine and he gave me a price, but he said it probably wasn't worth fixing, so I ended up buying a new one. I didn't spend anything because he didn't charge me. I think he is pretty honest, and his prices are fair. He was honest telling me that if he fixed it, he would guarantee the work that he did on the machine, but it was a lemon model that I had bought a couple of years ago, and that something else could break in the next three months. He was upfront and could have charged me a service fee but he didn't. I think he does good work, the appliances that he has fixed for me before are all still working. He calls back immediately when I call for service. I will continue to use him again in the future.
