Harry was recommended by another service provider that we spoke to - I contacted him to set up a walk through at our house to estimate potentially six figures of renovation work over time. He was great at first - we met at the house, did a full walk-through, he gave me some good feedback on what work would make sense to do in what order, etc. - left and said he would get me an estimate in about a week. I waited probably 10 days before following up to not be rude - then left 2-3 voicemail messages and 2-3 emails over the next week before giving up after never receiving any kind of response. I was looking forward to potentially working with Harry but he never even responded to let me know that he wasn't interested, or wasn't the right person for the work, or for any other reason. I wasn't going to slam him in a review because unfortunately he is not the only contractor to not return my calls or messages - but Angie's list prompted me to review him which reminded me of the frustration of not being able to reach someone when you are trying to give them your business.

He was an expert craftsman. We trusted him and always could depend on Harry and his team. I would hire him again.
