My tenants have informed me that this work is NOT complete. The floor is only half done, he didn't put down linoleum, the bathroom is a disaster.
Gary mixed the cement in my tenants bath tub and they couldn't take a bath for 3 months and send their kids down the street to take a bath.
I'm handicap, my tenant is also handicap. He totally took advantage of me and now he wont answer my calls. The work isn't done and I have paid him $4,000.00.
