I called Harold from Gauranteed to replace a stack pipe. He wanted $3400. I found another plumbing company and they only charged me $1650. Make sure you shop around before you're overcharged for a job.

He is excellent, very professional and extremely helpful, I will definately hire again and recommend them.

Another plumber replaced just the washers in my home's 70+ year old water meter shut off valve on July 31st. This past Sunday, I saw water on the floor around the meter and water dripping from the shut off valve. I knew I had to call a different plumber and remembered Guaranteed from the work they did on replacing my sewer lines and replumbing of my upstairs bathroom years ago. I called at 8:00 AM and was told the plumber would arrive that afternoon. Anthony arrived around 3:45 and immediately said he could repair the old valve, but it would be better to replace it. Twenty minutes later I had a brand new ball valve. I was charged $270 which is average for a plumber these days. I'm glad I called Guaranteed.

I called with an easy job of just replacing some old valves but my Hot Water heater broke last night. I was impressed they could accommodate me with a new hot water heater, which they installed. Job well done. Would hire again.

He tried to over charge me. 3 timed the regular price. He was trying to charge me $1800 by putting in a sink and connecting pipes.

The source of the leak from my garage ceiling was identified as the faucet in my kitchen sink by Tony and Jimmy. They explained the problem and the type of faucets available for replacement. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very polite. Also, I appreciated receiving the advance phone call alerting me of their pending arrival. This very respectful of the customer's time. With other services, there is usually at least a two hour window wait for service. I would hire Guaranteed again.

They come right away, very professional, courtues, fair in price, they are honest, very responsive, clean, I've been using them for a couple of years now, no issues at all, they did a great job and I will recommend them to others.

We were having problems with a mold infestation in one of our bedrooms. Once the company we hired to deal with the mold had open up the wall, it was clear that the underlying problem was a leaking soil line stack. Since Since I've been pleased with Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating in the past, for smaller repairs, they were the company I called first. Since this was a larger and more expensive job, we did get a 2nd bid, which was higher than Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating's estimate. Since we knew they do quality work and they were charging less, the choice was obvious. We were able to get the work scheduled quickly after we sent in our deposit. The plumbers explained clearly the work that needed to be done and where our walls would need to be opened to allow access to the pipes. I greatly appreciated that they did the vast majority of the work in the room where the walls had already been opened by the mold remediation company, limiting the scope of wall and ceiling repairs that were needed after the plumbing was fixed. The repairs were fast, with a minimal disruption of our household routines.

It went well. They came out and got the work done perfectly. Very professional Highly recommend.

They charged $85.00 to come out to look at the problem. They said they would call me with the estimate and never did or responded to my calls. The estimate also came in at $2000.00+

Called Guaranteed Plumbing around 9 am. Receptionist took my information and gave me a cost estimate, including what additional charges might be incurred if job became complicated. She said a plumber could be there by noon. Plumbers arrived by 11 am and had toilet cleared in ~15 minutes. I was charged the initial cost estimate. Guaranteed Plumbing takes credit cards but offers a discount for cash payment.

He spoke with an office person and then a manager.   First, he explained the toilet was not flushing properly again and perhaps someone could come out and assess it and snake it again for free. 
We had bought this toilet on Jan20,2016 for  $485.00. We developed a flushing issue on 2/16 and did think it was our cat tossing something down. Guarantee Plumbing  said that was not a covered issue and it would be $125.00 for the service.  We agreed and payed. The issue started again on 5/16 and this time we payed. It again happened on 6/19 and we had been dillegent with keeping the toilet lid down. My partner went to see them at Guaranteed and explained the problem. By now, we feel this is not a drain issue. 
First he was told it was 2 different toilets as the techs wrote master bathroom and hall bathroom on the invoice.He explained this too them. He first told you have the best toilet there is".Then he tried to sell us a Power Flush toilet that would solve our issue" for $385.00 and they would eat the labor.. He was then told maybe your stools are too hard. He asked again for for a visit to check free of charge  and was told no. He did call the a "schlock outfit " on the way out.
We have now payed $760.00 for this issue. Today, on June 24 we had another company  come and  spend another $99.00.
We feel that Guaranteed Plumbing  did not service us well , nor did they attempt to solve the problem and there customer service was poor. They seemed more interested in selling us a new commode. Really?

The got the required permit.

Came promptly on 1/4  and did the major working removing the old cast iron drain and  replaced with PVC

new  pipe was tied in to  all existing drains and they added two cleanouts.

They went thru the foundation to remove leaking elbow just inside wall

After this they resolved a leaking faucet, toilet and sump pump

then they replaced supply valves to third floor which restored proper water pressure there.

They cleaned up and took the old pipe with them

they came back two days later to cement the wall opening and pass the town inspection

Steve and Joey were very nice.

It went really well. I am beyond satisfied. I got exactly what I wanted and my new bathroom went beyond my expectations. I also used guaranteed plumbing to do repairs on my sewer system which I am so very pleased with.
