Green Team Cleaning

Adina and Connie from the Green Team have been cleaning my 3 story Philadelphia row home since April 2010.  They started cleaning every other week but after about 3 months, I increased it to once I week. 

The house is always a pleasure to come home to on the days I know that Adina and Connie have been there. They are reliable and do a good job. I like that they use non-toxic cleaners and bring their own supplies. They are good with pets as well and are not bothered by my cat. They are thorough but if I have ever commented on something not being exactly the way I want it, they are quick to respond and rectify.  

I think their price is very fair. They clean three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a kitchen and dining area, a large family room and a smaller TV room plus change the linens in the bedrooms and through the sheets in the wash.  I have referred them to friends who have also been happy with them.

Explained to company that I needed a good cleaning because we had a mouse problem and i have 2 kids under the age of 2. Wanted the house cleaned as if the Pope was visiting. needed a thorough dusting of house and everything wiped down, need the carpets vacumned well to get rid of mouse droppings. What I got was little dusting the blides were not dusted the surfaces were wiped around the objects, I had to tell her to wipe the walls down as she tells me they need to be out by 3pm for another job. after steam cleaning floors the dirt that came up was not swept up I had to do it, tiles had smears on them from dirty rag. Did not get a follow up call or a walk threw to see if i was happy, took check and left. Did not get the service I was told I would get at time of estimate was not worth the price. I received a half a** job. It was rushed because they needed to be some where else. If a company is not on schedule it is not my problem i should still get quality work.
