"We were never notified of any issues or reoccurring problems with our work. Certainly, anyone who contacts us for services and puts in any type of complaint is handled free of charge and all expenses are on us. Evidently, this customer decided to choose to call someone else when you could have called us if we even serviced your property as I do not recall phone calls or complaints from this customer to justify this review. We ask you to present proof that you contact us about any recurring issues after we may or may have not serviced your property. Either written or verbal conversation with a representative or a copy of a recorded voice-mail showing."

"Sir as I recall you purchased material from Amazon or some kind of online service not suitable for the job that had to be done. Also, you undermined the assignment by telling us that the pipes could be easily accessed via a crawl space that a five-year-old would not fit in because you were being extremely frugal and had a budget of under two hundred dollars. The sad part is that although you knew the situation was really uncomfortable to work in your miniature short space torture chamber the job was completed. The fact of the matter for which you are upset. Is because we are so busy that we couldn't get to your location right away & you live in."

"This woman scammed us she stated to the crew that she only wanted the ceiling in the dining room and three closets repaired. Once we were almost done then she claimed that she wanted her whole dining done including the walls over top of her paneling. She has a proposal where the original order was made by her saying none of that. Avoid conflict we installed the drywall at the same price as the three closets and ceiling. she is a scammer beware contractor."
